History/Purpose
Carlisle Area Youth Soccer offers both Recreational and Travel soccer programs, and is a program of the Carlisle Family YMCA.  The 2 entities joined together in 1998 with the purpose of providing the youth of the Carlisle area with a comprehensive soccer program designed to help them develop as individuals and as players, and to teach them sufficient soccer skills so that those interested can compete at the interscholastic level and beyond.

Association with the YMCA
Our association with the Carlisle Family YMCA (a United Way organization) allows CAYS to offer a discounted rate to those participants are current YMCA members, and also provide financial assistance to families who qualify.  CAYS is run through the YMCA Sports Office, which has 3 paid staff members who are listed below.
